The minimum reservation is two tickets, and any additional players can pay when they arrive.

All sales are final and no refunds will be offered for cancellations or no-shows.  You can change the date, time, and even the game on your reservation, however, anytime up to 24 hours prior to your game time without charge.  Just follow the link in your confirmation e-mail to make those changes.

No. All of our games are 100% private, so once you reserve the first spot, the remaining spots are held for your group only. You only need to book for the players you are paying for in advance, and any additional players can pay when they arrive. This also helps you avoid paying ahead for someone who may not show up.

Your safety is our utmost concern.  There will always be at least one accessible and unlocked exit in every room and, for any locked exit door, there will be an emergency key easily accessible near that door.  Please let us know if you have any other safety concerns in any of our games.

Some of our rooms may feel a little small, but many guests find that once the game begins, they are focused on the experience rather than the space itself.

At least one door remains unlocked during the game, and you may step out at any time. If you have concerns before booking, contact us and we’ll help you choose the best room.

If a room contains scary effects it will be clearly noted in the room description before you book.

Currently, none of our games include live actors. It’s only members of your group inside of the game.

Yes. We offer discounted pricing for military, firefighters, police, and EMTs. Valid ID must be presented for each player using the discounted rate. Immediate family members, including a spouse and dependent children, also qualify with valid ID. If valid ID is not provided at check-in, the full price will be charged to the card used for booking.

For safety reasons, children under 5 are not allowed in our escape rooms. Our games are not designed for very young children, and the rooms are not child-proof, including for babies in carriers or strollers.

No. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on our premises, including during private events. Guests who appear to be under the influence will not be allowed to participate.
